Sandy - Did you have to sign up for the Trifecta challenge?

Helen - Things seem a little extreme in Australia. Scary.

Vannie - Barry's Bootcamp was my first ever rotation! I may go back to finishing Kassandra's Evening Challenge with you.

I'm going to try and do an evening practice and meditation nightly. Today's meditation was longer and I really liked it. Also doing some forward bending for stress relief to just breath throughout the day.

Helen, I agree with buff. That is extreme.

Not sure what you're talking about being extreme/scary here - I'm confused.

Ooohhh, my previous post was back a page. You're talking about our lockdown, fines, & spot checks.
Nope, not extreme, not scary at all. People have been complaining about our "high" numbers, that our Premiere didn't lock down hard enough, or soon enough.

I'm ok to wait to be able to drive further away, & wear a mask - it's a trivial inconvenience, compared to what someone who can't get vaccinated (or can't yet) would go through if they got covid.

Vannie I could NOT take to Barry's Bootcamp. Have it, but have only done a few of them - not having a treadmill doesn't help either though.

BUFF Hope the change to your routine has the desired effect for you. I'm getting MUCH better at mind-clearing with meditation. Helps me to have the SAME practice. I'm definitely better than I once was.

SANDY Ok, what's the Trifecta Challenge? Is it the Pilates one?

I guess having checkpoints to keep people in place and masks outside seems extreme. It's scary to imagine what they will come up with next.

I'm used to little to no restrictions here.

I haven't worked out since Tuesday. Argh. Today I went to lunch with friends before we dropped one off at the airport. It was a great day.

Buff, I don't know why I can't seem to do Kassandra's evening yoga before bed. It's not like that series is tough or anything.

Helen, I'm guessing you have the full Barry's Bootcamp set. I was never able to get my hands on that, although I tried. What I have is just 3 or 4 DVDs. I would never have thought about making loops instead of buying them! Hopefully you'll be able to get them made soon.

Sandy, it is definitely cooling off and I am loving it! I've needed long sleeves sometimes at night and in the morning. I need to spray paint my Halloween tree this week so I'm hoping to have a day without any wind!

What do you do Helen? Anything on youtube? Longer ones definitely seem better I can relax more.

I'm sure I don't have the full set as I looked up an Abs one recently and didn't have it.

BUFF
I do my own thing. Used to count from feet up with each in/exhale & focus on relaxing each part.
1 feet
2 calves/shins
3 thighs....
more numbers

Now I do it without the counting - even LESS thinking - mind more clear.
If I notice my mind has drifted to THINKING - I go back to 1.
When I reach the top of my head, I start again.

Well, maybe not the full set but was it the original, 5 Day Academy or smthg like that? I never got my hands on the set that has treadmill workouts.
