Hey cool.

Ha ha. You went a looking.

I see there is quite a bit on yoga using the pole.

I can see it helping get the body in the right angle

I don’t think it will be boring at all. .

I know sometimes when I do the leg up the thigh, it does help to have something to hold on to and not the back of the chair.

More balance is good for aging. I still can’t put on my pants without wobbling.

not trying to discourage you from buying the actual Stick Mobility product, but there's a lot you can do with available tools.

i just did a couple of stretching moves with that PVC pipe, and it was nice.

Lol. It’s okay.

I may go to Home Depot and check it out

They also have end caps for them right ? But it may not need on since my hands won’t be near the end. Then I could measure my hand distance when raised and put some duct tape there for grip. Maybe ?

I was totally unaware of this method; looking at the first link - looks cool!

yes, they sell caps in black or white. i have carpet in my house, so the bare ends will keep anchored with very little effort on my part. but if you use it on a bare floor, then i suggest getting white caps that won't mark up the floor.

grips for your hands - this product might be better:

or bicycle handlebar tape:

Girl, you are making me smile. I love DIY stuff.

Especially at the price of $60. I don’t mind investigating.

I would never have known about such things. You’re an awesome researcher.

Now don’t tell me you made your own Plyo box and booty bands ? Lol

yes, i am DIY all the way! i do buy fitness equipment, but trying to keep the population down. i bought booty bands. plyo box - i had to look that up. isn't that just a step? i would prefer using my step co. step with lots of risers. more stable!

if you click on the tag "DIY" in this thread, you will find all sorts of VFer ingenuity.

oh, Ive not been there before.

I like the Plyo box because I bought a heavy foam one. If you try to move it with one leg you'll sprain your groin

I was looking at the wooden ones, had one and it was too small, sent it back
Got another foam, it was damaged
Finally I have on by Yes4All and it's perfect sizes. Has 4 sizes to it.. I wanted to have it for squats. All type of squatting. And I can put my feet on it and do like a Plank. I don't know the name of the move but your head of facing the floor.

plus, it's a seat if I needed it.. and doing squats with the booty bands, again, you wake up and you know you did something..
I'm feeling it now just from doing the program I did this morning.
except i'm not able to do the duck walks. but I'm still moving.
