Looking for leg toning like Cathe Kick Max

Are there any other workouts for the lower body like the chair exercises in Cathe's Kick Max workout? It's standing and using a chair to do slow, controlled kicks and lifts. There is a similar, but shorter, segment like it in Jessica's Cardio Hit workout that I also like. I can't do barre any more because of a foot problem, but these exercises are sort of like a more athletic version of barre without being on the toes.

I was going to recommend Bodystrikes as well I like Vol. 2 the best, but they all work the legs very well.

I thought about Bodystrikes also. I just did #3 the other day and while there is some of that slow kicking, much of the workout is a little faster paced. Check out the clips for #3 and see what you think. I do love all the Bodystrikes -- it's pretty repetitive but I just get in a zone and really like it for working my legs in a non-weighted mode. The other thing I thought of is Essentrics. They have some of that work -- both standing and from the floor (sounds strange, but for those who know Essentrics, I'm thinking of when you sit with your legs straight out in front of you, stretch them quite a bit and then lift).

I believe there's a section in Cathe's Turbo Barre that is like you are describing. I like those standing drills, as well!
