Tracie immediately comes to mind for me, too! Balance moves are sprinkled throughout the Longevity series. I just ordered Metabolic Strength #3 & 4 yesterday (from her $10 DVD sale), and it looks like it incorporates balance challenges, too.

I just did this one again the other day:

It is a "yoga" routine, but it's more like strength and balance prep for yoga.
