Hi
May I please ask what are the best yoga and pilates mats that don't cost too much.

I really like this one:

I have never owned a higher end mat.

Marshall’s always has a good selection of decent quality reasonably priced mats.

Mandala has the the round mat on sale right now. I bought it few years ago and it's pretty good but not as dense or good as Manduka mat I found at Marshalls few years ago. Link to Mandala mat. https://www.mandalayogamat.com/mandala-yoga-mats

I've gotten yoga mats from Ross that held up really well. At the time, I wasn't practicing yoga every day. I go for ones that are 5mm thick. I think for pilates mats some people go thicker.

Back when Manduka was selling their mats at Ross and Marshalls, I got one for around $40. It was the Pro Lite. I also got a Pro for a little more, but still less than what they were selling for in sporting goods stores. Gaiam is selling a mat that reminds me a lot of the Manduka Pro Lite, but I've never tried it.

I’ve had a 6’ round Mandala mat for several years & it has held up really well. I love it! I use it on its own for barefoot cardio & with a regular yoga mat on top for yoga and mat work.

Liforme is my favorite which I caught on sale. There are some similar mats on Amazon at more reasonable prices.
