Freestyle rebounding on walking/running workouts

So I’ve read a lot of folks here do Leslie or the guided running/hiking virtual scenery workouts on the rebounder. I’m wondering what types of moves you use on the rebounder for the workouts. Thanks!

Mostly I just jog (with Virtual Active), but sometimes I'll throw in other moves, or dance to the music (I usually use my music instead of what's on the DVD).

I also mostly jog to Virtual Active, along with some freestyle/dancing thrown in. I turn the volume off and listen to my own music. It feels good not just physically, but mentally for me as well. Jogging on a rebounder along a trail somewhere in the world really relaxes my brain.

I use SanFran Fitness on Youtube. Claire has some great routines that use light weights. She has given me great ideas when I want to just do my own thing. I use 2 to 3 lbs weights depending on how I feel.

I also use Treadmill TV on Youtube. This guy films all over the place and the scenery is amazing.

These two are my staple to Rebounding.

Moves I use for lower body:
Jog
Sissors
wide stance kickbacks
jump rope
Pedal jog (don't lift the toe off the mat).
side to side hip push

Upper Body moves with or without weights:
bicep curl
up right row
tricep kickback
long level side lifts

I find myself using weight most of the time. You all know how I love 4-limb movement. I have worked at being able to do this on the Rebounder. I take combos from the Firm and do them on the Rebounder. It keeps it interesting and my HR is right where I want it.

This isn't exactly an answer to your question, but another good DVD to do with the rebounder is KCM Home Gym Intervals.
