As a side note. The class I took for several years was Jackie Sorenson Aerobic Dance Workouts. Near the end I was missing a lot of classes when Jackie's quarterly newsletter came out. She suggested we supplement our aerobics with weights and she recommended The Firm tapes 1 - 4. She provided all the information you needed to order the workouts and there was a discount available. This is where my home workout adventure started.

I must admit I did not even look at the prices. I just was sharing info as I know she is popular here. That does seem expensive.
