Me too! I keep hoping Caroline is going to make an announcement for a new program in the New Year. Or offer an app (if that’s what she’s going to do). I’m willing to pay for her workouts.

Lol! And thanks for the encouragement! I just did workout 2 ( upper) as a sort of preview, and had to decrease some of those weights. I’m recovering from a cold and haven’t lifted for a week or more, but still- Caroline is strong!! I liked the workout a lot, and the 1-minute sets are an interesting change for me. I’ll start the rotation next week.

She's got a lot out there. How should one start her workouts, starting from least to most challenging? I'm guessing Beginner Epic, followed by the other Epics? Where to after that?

Beginner EPIC is definitely the easiest, although not beginner by any means. They’re upper intermediate or intermediate if you know how to modify.
I haven’t done a lot of the shorter series but I’d say in terms of increasing intensity I’d rank them this way Iron Kickass Kettlebells Epic 1 Epic 2 Fuel |
