Aw, Vannie, I am so sorry. Sending ((hugs))

Day 4: We did our main celebration yesterday with family, and I still have a cold, so no asana. Erich Schiffmann posted about a new Moving Into Stillness guided meditation on Insight Timer. It’s by Wenlin Tan but inspired by Erich. I did it before bed last night and it’s quite lovely.

Thank you, Laura.

I hope everyone who celebrates today is having a wonderful Christmas. And if you're not celebrating I wish for all a warm, cozy, happy day.

Vantreesta I'm so sorry to hear the sad news of your uncle. Please accept my condolences.

My pre-sadhana continues with lather rinse and repeat, PT and my own yoga stretches afterward. And meditation morning and evening.

A very Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!

Thank you, Pat. He will be missed by so many people! It's a smaller farming community and he owned a sanitation business for I think my whole life so everyone knows him pretty much.

Thank you, Sandra.

We were at my father-in-law's for the wknd and got home this evening. The last 30-40 minutes had some pretty tense times with low visibility from blowing snow but we made it. I can't pick up Cyric till tmrw and it just feels so wrong at home without him!

Day 5: We had a very lazy day, since we celebrated on Christmas Eve and since I was feeling unwell. Thanks to the sadhana, I did do my 11-minute silent meditation before bed!
