Volume 3 so far (but I've only done 1, 3, and Get Rolling to date). Very core intensive and I found the fun factor pretty high.

I love all the Volumes and Bootcamp. It's hard to really pick a favorite. I guess my favorite would be the hardest, most challenging of them all for me and that would be Bootcamp, then Volume 4 would be second.

Jumping on the bandwagon . . .

Well I've ignored all the posts until today. I figured "horizontal" conditioning . . . must be prone/supine work on the floor . . . bar/tonique type workout. Not for me. And then I just happened to open a thread and realized OMG, these ARE for me. I love planks, I love body weight exercises, I love push ups. I want advanced workouts.

From reading posts, it seems like I need to buy Bootcamp and Volume 4 (the harder, the better for me) to start.

Does that sound right for me ?????

Sancho, yes. Sandra said that volume 4 and boot camp are harder than 1 2 and 3 because she had been doing the workouts for some time when they filmed those. However, I think "hard" is relative. Volume 1 is very challenging!

Sancho - These are definitely up your alley!!! You will absolutely love these. I got all 8 DVDs and joined the DVD Club. I am currently in the process of just getting all 24 of her Volume 1 workouts from the DVD Club. That's how good they are. I actually think you would love all 4 Volumes and Bootcamp.

Okay. Thanks. I saw in another thread that Momof10 is going to post a VF discount code. I'm going to try to wait for that . . . but I may get impatient. Not sure I want to go $90 in right away . . . but it's a good price for the bundle of 1-4 and bootcamp.

Volume 4 and Bootcamp. I love all the weird moves on the ball and step together. In Bootcamp I do swing for cardio not her stuff, but it is just me.
But soon I'm getting ALL the volumes -- just ordered yesterday -- so this list may change.
