Jumping on the bandwagon . . .
Well I've ignored all the posts until today. I figured "horizontal" conditioning . . . must be prone/supine work on the floor . . . bar/tonique type workout. Not for me. And then I just happened to open a thread and realized OMG, these ARE for me. I love planks, I love body weight exercises, I love push ups. I want advanced workouts.
From reading posts, it seems like I need to buy Bootcamp and Volume 4 (the harder, the better for me) to start. Does that sound right for me ????? |

Okay. Thanks. I saw in another thread that Momof10 is going to post a VF discount code. I'm going to try to wait for that . . . but I may get impatient. Not sure I want to go $90 in right away . . . but it's a good price for the bundle of 1-4 and bootcamp.

Volume 4 and Bootcamp. I love all the weird moves on the ball and step together. In Bootcamp I do swing for cardio not her stuff, but it is just me.
But soon I'm getting ALL the volumes -- just ordered yesterday -- so this list may change.
