Xtend Barre, Kathy Smith Staying Strong, etc. on Comcast fitness channel

Comcast On Demand has their new fitness channel (replacing Exercise TV) up, and I was exploring the offerings. The few retail workouts they have include KS Staying STrong, Xtend Barre with Andrea Rogers, and Kristi Yamaguchi's workout. There was also Gilad "Total Body" in 5 parts.

The other instructors were unknown to me: Roger Dickerman, Robert Jones, Tonya Nettles, Kendra Kemerley, Cathy Syphers, Dave Sinclair, John Vitarelli, Mike Chang and Jill Coleman. I did Roger's 15-minute weight workout and liked it. OTOH, I Joni-Oed Jill's "Step Cardio" which a) had no step and b) she was the most off-the-beat cardio instructor I've ever seen, and that includes Denise Austin.

You are so lucky, we have U-Verse and as far as I can tell we don't have that channel. I miss Exercise TV and FitTv so much!!

I'll have to check my Time Warner stations. Last time I checked, all we had was SportsSkool, or something like that.
