Mary's CS is excellent!
I sometimes order and get an email confirming shipping the same day! In addition to the free shipping over $19 and the 10% off, you ALSO get credits for each purchase (1 pt per dollar spent), and when you get 30 (?), you can turn it into a $1 credit towards a purchse. AND you can combine all the discounts together (though the free shipping doesn't apply if the 10% off makes your item price under the minimum). She's also a BeachBody coach, and since she started carrying their products, I order through her (trustworthy, good CS, etc.) rather that directly through BB.

Wanted to add....
Mary is the definition of awesome! She answers her phone! Even if it's late at night she still answers the phone! Every time I placed an order at 1:00 am, Mary has it packed and ready for shipment the next day. I swear, I don't think she even sleeps!

Mary actually has TWO sites. Besides the totalfitnessdvds.com already mentioned, she also has a site where she sells Beachbody products: totalfitnessdvds.net. So if you are ever interested in P90X, or Insanity or Turbo Jam or Brazil Butt Lift, etc. etc., but don't want to deal with Beachbody's customer service, check out her second site.

Mary is the best! She's also very sweet. Mary's service is so wonderful that I often wish she sold everything else I buy, lol!
Melody, I can't believe that you've been a member since 2004 and you haven't bought from Mary yet. how's that possible?!

I ordered from Mary on Tuesday at 9:30 am. I got an email at 11:00am that it shipped. I got the package Thursday. Now, that is customer service. She delivers, let me tell you!!! You can't go wrong with her and as others have said, she is the best!!!
