Who is Mary?
I keep reading different posts and references to people on VF buying their videos from 'Mary'...
Can someone tell my who or what site this is? and Why do people seem to prefer buying WO DVDs from her? thanks!

Mary runs totalfitnessdvds.com. She has great customer service. Her shipping is super fast. You get 10% off with a 10off code. She runs sales a few times a year. She has clips of almost all the DVDs she sells which helps you make an informed decision before buying. She is a very reliable seller and if you have a problem, she'll take care of it and make things right.

An example of fast customer service: last week an item on my wish list was out of stock and I was wanting to order fairly soon. I was going to email her, but saw her chat was available. In just a few minutes I had my answer--the item would be back in stock by Friday or the following Monday.
She is also good to ship a replacement dvd quickly if you have a problem with the one you originally received. And yes, shipping is FAST. Can't recommend Mary/totalfitnessdvds enough.
