No one's Customer Service Can Be Any Better Than Mary's at Total Fitness DVDs

I ordered 2 of the new Cathe DVD workouts from Mary last week, but decided today I would like to start downloading workouts, so I sent Mary an email to ask if it was too late to cancel my order. In TWO MINUTES I received a lovely note from her and advice that she had credited the charge back to my PayPal account!

I don't think anyone, anywhere, could provide any better service or be any nicer about everything than Mary.

She is absolutely the best!

I think the VF home page should feaure Mary's portrait, complete with halo, and the legend "Patron Saint of Video Fitness".

Wow, that was really nice. So many companies these days would not be as accommodating to the customer, or would charge some kind of cancellation fee. Kudos to Mary!

Mary is superb and she ships dvds super fast. I get her packages within a few days.

It is most often, more expensive for me as an international customer to do presales, even at special prices. With Mary's incredible international shipping rates, VF discount and loyalty points, it is less expensive to buy from Mary after the dvd is released. Not to mention, her international shipping is way more reliable. I do presales for a few select instructors to show support and enthusiasm. The rest of my workout DVDs are from Mary. Always.

I did not get Yoga Anywhere, Montenegro or Rainbeau's Rayoka because they are not available from Mary. When I told her this, Mary very kindly offered that I could ship my fitness products not available from totalfitness, to her to combine with my totalfitness shipments if I wish. I never took her up on the offer but I was so floored that she even offered. I am an even more loyal customer now.
