Wow! That is pretty harsh. One little mistake that the vendor tries to rectify right away and apologizes for and you are done? And you come back with a snappy comment for other VFers who are trying to help? Huh, I can't help but think that may say more about you than the vendor. Just my opinion.

I placed an order with Mary this morning - 3 minutes later I had a shipping confirmation! She is the Absolute Best!

That's very true but as another vendor, I hope for understanding customers when errors occur (and they will, we are only human!). I understand your being frustrated with the situation but I hope now that Mary has made the effort to rectify the situation, you will feel confident in ordering from her again. I think the important thing is that when you notify the vendor of the issue, it does get resolved (in this case a reminder was needed, but again, we're all human & I know Mary handles quite a few orders!).

Mary is the best, I order all my fitness dvds from her and they arrive to Ireland super fast and the shipping isn't too expensive.

All I can say is Mary is so fast! I ordered a dvd on 9/11 and it arrived here in California on 9/13. You're the best Mary!!!

Mary is the best!! What a relief to be able to order a Beachbody and NOT have to deal with Beachbody at all throughout the process!!!

I don't think we can say it enough...Mary rules!!! She's a total sweetheart!

One time, I ordered some dvds early morning Saturday and they got to me on Monday (from WI to NY)!! She's amazing.
