YMCA of Greater Houston youtube channel
Thanks to a VFer for mentioning YMCA of Greater Houston Senior Strength workouts in this thread, Calm and Controlled Workouts. I decided to explore their other offerings. I just finished this Bootcamp - May 22, 2020 - Ariel - YMCA Virtual Fitness workout. In 25 minutes, you go through a warmup and three rounds of five exercises and finish with a stretch. She did dumbbell snatches, dumbbell rows, deadlifts, one-armed dumbbell swings, and sumo squats. I used a kettlebell for some of the exercises and changed the one-armed swings to ten two-armed kettlebell swings. I worked up a nice sweat and the time flew by. I'm going to add on a Caroline Jordan workout in a bit.
