YAY! Cleda's here!
Thu-2 45min, dog walk That was it - just too stinking hot to do anything else, BUT it's Friday morning, and MUCH cooler (I'm even wearing a cardigan!) so hoping to do last night's scheduled MMA - Boxing when I get home, then walk Alice, and do STS - Legs in the usual time-slot of 7:30.
