I think Powerstrike is no longer. Illaria and Patricia haven't worked together for a while (on the outs? just wanting to do different things? who knows), and it doesn't seem like we'll get any more PS from either of them separately.

Woodie,
It's so funny you asked this bc I was looking at the site just yesterday and it looked dead. I noticed too that I didn't see Patricia on the site like I used too. Just Ilaria and her training sessions... That stinks! Linda

There have been quite a few series of Powerstrike workouts made-about 3 series of 2-4 workouts. All on video except for Millenium 3. The very first ones have the most wretched picture and sound quality I"ve ever seen. The picture is like some 10-year-old boy got a camera for his birthday and he's trying it out. "Powerstrike 1" has great moves, but I can't look at the TV too much, or I feel like throwing up, it's that jumpy. I have about 12 PS workouts all together (I don't have the "Kicks Only" workout, which was one of the earliest ones). They used to be available from some online store I don't remember the name of, but are long OOP. I think the only way to find them is on Ebay, maybe. I know Woodie was looking for some a while back.
