I LOVE the movie

She has the exact body shape/look that I wish I had.
I read she worked out pretty hard to get into shape to play a surfer. But, what
exactly did she do??
It would be very motivating if you knew-"OK, this is what I have to do to look like this."
And I must admit, Jessica Simpson looks killer as Daisy Duke. What was
her regimen?
I need to know these things.
Otherwise, I feel like I'm spinning my wheels.
I'm vain, I want to work out to look good more than I want to feel good.
I'm super short (4'11") and I'm afraid of doing certain workouts that may make me thicker in my legs. I'm terrified of working really hard, just to achieve the wrong results.
Am I making sense??
