Jessica Smith Lower Body Sculpt from WS 1. I hadn't given JS's strength workouts a chance, so that's what I've been doing the last few weeks and now I realize that I like them. I don't like that for some we're not given time to change weights, but I make do.

BurpeeGirl - Fat Burning Cardio Workout (19m)

(RC Fitness -- became too tough at the 26 minute mark, and that's when I stopped and switched to BurpeeGirl.)
