Smile March Buttercups - Cathe/Yoga/Barre/Box - We do it all!

Good Morning!

This morning was All Out Low Impact HiiT. I did the Floor portion only for about 20-25 minutes. I needed a quick one as I had a check-up/blood work for my meds visit at 7:30. I plan a walk after work.

Bita - I discussed weight loss with my provider, and he suggested intermittant fasting with a possible lunch skip. That is the way we eat on the weekends (two meals a day), so I'm going to do some research on it and probably give it a try. Have you found any good online resources?

Lori - How are you? I bet the weather is starting to get really nice!

This morning was KCM Cardio Fit - Workout 2. It was Hi/Lo with Upper Body circuits - fun!

Jen!! You started one already!! Just saw it. Kept looking at a thread with Cathe’s name first love the March buttercups!

There are tons of online resources. I really like Dr. Jason Fung’s YouTube info. There is thefastingmethod.com
Also Dr. Boz’s youtube is great and informative.
I have and read their books and they are great too.

Very cool that your provider has the knowledge to suggest IF. This is a great and scientific and proven way. Of course with clean and wholesome eating.

Whichever thread you both decide I am very cool with it. Sorry for the double thread.

I got my walk in yesterday, and I did Cardio Party this morning.

Today was swimming again. I can’t resist this great weather, though the pool is more crowded than usual—spring break or just other visitors.

Hi!

This morning was KCM BoxFit. I did a premix that included boxing with legs and abs added on at the end. I enjoyed it!

Lori - It's really nice here, too, and it's supposed to be through the weekend. I hope to get outside awhile myself, although not swimming yet!

Bita - I think I'm going to try 16:8 for a little bit to see if I can do it. That's sort of what my provider suggested, too.
