Or maybe like a very early Cathe. Or definitely "Firm"-like.

Well, her punching form in KM (which I didn't keep) was excellent! She's sure made progress from CK!

I imagine for the boxing workout, she'll come up with something on her own, and just use what she knows about the punches from kickboxing, along with some other drills?

I'm wondering about "Drill Max." Especially when she says some of the drills will be similiar to those in KM. I HATED the second section of KM (why I got rid of the workout...in addition to the first segment being not intense enough and too "pivoty" for my tastes), but if she means the punching drills that are included in that section (and not the big "cheerleader" jumps) OR the ending leg drills, that would sell it for me.

I'm not thrilled with the Butts and Gutts DVD, but I want the other three. The way I look at it is that if I order three, I'll get the fourth free. So I might as well order all of them....

Boxing workouts sound like an infomercial

For the most part, I am very excited about most of these workouts. I will definitely order the first set of four (with BodyMax2), and the winter workouts really intrigue me - the 4 day set almost sounds like a shorter CTX series (which I will always love). I will definitely order the winter series, as I also like her Rhythmic Step/Step Blast.

However, was I the only one who thought that the Boxing series sounds like another "infomercial set" (with the Intro workout, and the introduction of the Bag - a "gadget" to buy). This boxing set will probably be the first Cathe series that I don't buy, as I have no room (or desire) for a bag.

But, it does sound like she is trying to really expand her offerings to satisfy a lot of markets. I hope this is good news for Cathe's longevity as a business!

I'm not holding out for better quality DVDs (or proofreading ), since I noticed this in her announcement:

"will not be limited to the number of productions we can make"

But, when Cathe says "Spring", it typically means "Autumn" and she filmed all 10 Hardcores in two weeks so I think doing 4 per season isn't "too much". I think (hope).

Her new business venture isn't resulting in lower retail prices.

As far as quality goes. I have the newest beginner/intermediate workouts and the picture/sound quality are excellent. I don't know if it is because they used Sony instead of whoever they used before, but the picture is very bright and sound is loud.

They used Sony in the previous series according to SNM.
