already been discussed
there was a heated thread on this not too long ago.
It seems all three of her previously released workouts (vol1-3) will be available on the one dvd. Also at other online vendors like Amazon. Kukuwa, herself, didn't even know about it and her previous agent is now her ex-agent. Barb S who hopes if nothing else, Kukuwa will then have a larger fan base and will release more workouts
