Hi!

Today's Workout: The Total Body Training routine from Jessica Smith's original Walk Strong set. This morning I walked outside for 1.5 hours. However, the weather is starting to heat up, so I'm going to need to start my walks earlier in the day.

Margot: Those cows sound wonderful!

Beth: Looking forward to the verdict on those brownies.

I cut up the brownies to bring to work, but I left a few shards for DH & I to try - we both liked them! They are dense and fudgy. They do crumble a little easily, maybe b/c there's no egg as a binder.

Happy Moan Day! It was so beautiful here yesterday.

~ Lee Holden 30 Day Challenge - Day 15
~ Beach walk
~ 5,807 steps

I'm so glald Alta started the 30 Day Challenge check-in. Each video shows the last time I accessed it, and after Day 4 I haven't done one of these since 2018.

Paine, I made sweet paleo potato pancakes once. They tasted good but I didn't like the texture - kind of raw in the middle. It was a PITA too.

Did Cyana tell us she is going on vacation or something? Getting concerned.

Pat, I can't even remember the last time I made pancakes. I bet sweet potato pancakes required a lot more work.
I bet Cyana is swamped working tons of overtime hours. I'll be glad to see her retire!

Hello everyone!

It's been showering on and off all day, so we didn't get out for our walk.

Today's workouts (all short):
-ETV Amanda's Express Posture Boost
- Jessica Smith's WS3 Add-On Streamline Sculpt
- Karin's Functional Anatomy for the Superficial Back Line
- ChiBall Energise & Tone Warm Up and Segment 1
- Heart & Bones Yoga - Adductor Stretches for Hip Mobility

Paine - Great workouts for you today. I've been thinking about Cyana too and hope she is ok. I don't think I've ever known of anyone who works such long hours.

Sandra - Did you see that Jessica may be releasing her new programs at the end of next week?

Beth - Thanks for the link to the Sweet Potato Brownies. I made them this morning, tweaking the recipe a bit since I don't use sugar.

Pat - Fort Trumbull sounds like a beautiful place to visit. Glad you enjoyed your visit with your DS.

Margot, how did yours turn out? I actually monk fruit sweetener in mine (I use sugar but had bought some to try).

Beth, they tasted great but like yours, very dense and fudgy. My DH loves them. I think though I’ll play around with the recipe the next time I make them. Monk fruit sweetener sounds interesting. I haven’t tried that. I expect your brownies went down a treat with the people at your workplace.
