Gin Miller's Simply Step is an hour with basic choreography. Petra Kolber's Boot Camp Boogie is 45 minutes to an hour. Another one is Biggest Loser Power Walk. If you do all four walks it's an hour long.

I love Kat!! So much. What I really love about her step is she always has a base move that you can do rather than an advanced move. I consider myself an advanced stepper but doing step at home as opposed to the gym is so different. I like to do the base move to get used to the feel of it and to get the count down before I moved on to the advanced version. Her cueing is fantastic. I also love when her twin sister works out with her.
I do enjoy Chris Dorner but on her intermediate to advanced classes she doesn't have a base move so I only do her basic step which can sometimes be a drag because the bpm's are low and the moves are just too basic.
I recently found Mynd Tribe Fitness and am loving their step workouts. Although some of the moves she uses Australian terminology and I was like what??? Shuffle turn is a gallop! Around the world is fly over! I love these terms!

Well….for simple choreo, I’d say Jenny Ford’s March Across America, all around 30 min. I also like Jessica Smith. She has a lot of walking dvds with short segments you can string together. Her Walk Strong sets & individual walking dvds all include cardio that’s in the 20-35 minute range. If you like something more dancey and don’t mind TFTTing, I love BellyFit. They only have downloads though, no dvds. The lengths vary from 20 min to an hour. The long ones have some isolation toning moves & stretching at the end after about 35-40 min of cardio. I often stop after the cardio.
