Cathe/Walk/Swim/Barre/Yoga April 2022 Challenge

Hi-

I just realized I needed to post in a new thread.

Sunday was a great swim.

Have a great day!

Hi!

I was a little MIA due to Spring Break. We got out on Friday, March 25th, and the grands came that evening through the following Thursday. I did manage walks throughout the week (about 11 miles worth), and steps, steps, steps! Yesterday was a walk outside with BF.

This morning was KCM CardioFit #1, and I plan one mile later after work.

Lori - Thanks for starting us out in April!

Have a great day!

Hi-

Today was some Rodney Yee yoga. I need to do yoga, Classical Stretch and other mobility more often!

Have a great night!

Happy April

Thanks for starting us up, Lori. Awesome with swimming and yoga and stretching.

Jen, hope your spring break was awesome! Great job on bouncing back to your exercises too.

My exercises have been the same barre (7 times a week), yoga and walk.
Still challenging and wonderful.

Have a wonderful day

Hi!

This morning was KCM Power Splits - Upper. I'll get in another walk after work.

Lori - I fixed my Cathe Live and On Demand apps on my Roku TV in my workout space while I was on the treadmill yesterday, so I'm looking forward to doing more lives. What 30-40 minute ones are your favorites?

Bita - Thanks! I was proud of myself for getting in the 11 miles during the week while the boys were here. Usually, I don't get anything in with them.

Have a great day!

Hi-

Today was sunny and gorgeous, so I made it to the pool for some laps.

Jen- I will take a look at the Live workouts and let you know which shorter ones I have enjoyed. I’m sure you know this, but on the app she has a row where they are ordered in terms of length. That is really helpful.

Bita- thanks for your encouragement!!

On to the rest of April!

Lori

Hi-

Here are some of the Cathe Live shorter workouts that I have enjoyed:

Metabolic Medicine Ball Blast (8/6/20)-37 minutes (love med ball workouts!)
In the Ring (4/4/19)- 41 minutes
Cardio Weight Mash Up (9/9/21)-39 minutes
Chiseled Upper Body Blast (11/11/21)- 38 minutes
Low Impact Conditioning Express (3/29/18)- 37 minutes
Kick Butt Boot Camp (8/16/18)- 36 minutes
Strong Express- Upper body (1/31/19)- 36 minutes
30-Minute Kickbox Express (8/19/21)- 35 minutes
Boxing Hiit Express (1/7/21)-32 minutes
Halloween Hocus Pocus (10/29/20)- 29 minutes

That last one is silly, but fun if you need a pick-me-up in the morning.

Jen, you will notice that these have lots of kickboxing and upper body. I do modify if the impact is too much for me. I also don't do too much leg because my knees start to cry. These are also fairly weighted towards more recent workouts. I find that my TV often gets stuck on her earlier videos, or, the sound is not good. So, I tend to pick ones from the later years.

Let us know what you enjoy--

Lori

Hi!

I overslept this morning, so I'll have to get something in after work.

Lori - Thanks for the list! I'll try one of these today. Yes - I do like the fact she has a row ranking them by time. I'll let you know.

Bita - Thanks!

Have a great day!

Hi!

Yesterday ended up being a rest day. I overslept in the morning, and I had an aggravated muscle in my back that kept bothering me, so I guess I needed it.

This morning was Cathe Live 385 - Slammin' Cardio Express.

Lori - The one I did today was the one you mentioned last week. I liked it, but I modified several exercises, too. There are just some things I don't care or want to be able to do, lol!

Have a great day!
