Karen Voight has one - Stretch and Core Conditioning. It’s 45 min but it has segments you can choose, iirc.

the first ones that came to mind were some vintage workouts:
Rodney Yee - Abs Yoga for Beginners (20 min) http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...ew.php?id=2736 Suzanne Deason - Balance Ball Fitness Abs (26 min) http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...view.php?id=34 Rodney's is more yoga-based, and Suzanne's is pilates-based. of the two, Suzanne's is more difficult. both are good to give you different approaches. i used to do Rodney's workout a lot, and like how he does a final move to re-align the back using a reclined cobbler pose.
