I have called them and they are very responsive to phone calls too. Their CS seems to be excellent.

Ok, I've obsessively watched a ton of the instagram videos -- very much like DMW! What I meant about the free trial is -- is it a two week, three day, one month trial? It doesn't seem to mention a time period on the sign up page. I have to go out of town this weekend so I'm not sure it's worth signing up just yet.

I wish he showed some clips gratis so you could see his style without doing a free trial by providing a credit card #. The thigh gap reference makes me think this might not be mycup of tea. Looking forward to hearing others’ insights, all of us like and find effective different things.

Amen on both points. I'm curious about this style, and I certainly would love to give these workouts a try, but he is NOT as body positive as Hamelin and that's a turn off for me for sure. I wish he would tone down the pro-ana marketing and focus on something more empowering.

Agreed - one of the before-and-afters is very disturbing to me.
