I have Course 1 & 6 as well as several single classes. I want to buy 1 course. Which course should I get? I like cardio and tone combo which is why I'm not looking at DMW. Thanks!

I just started Course 4, and I think it is a great mix of cardio and tone. Course 8 is a great one as well:-) I hope that helps!

Aack!!! Those are the kind of words that makes a VFer have a buying frenzy!! I was debating which ones to buy and I thought I would wait for his next sale to buy the other ones.

I think he even said they would be removed from the webshop completely to make room for new stuff.....
