I'm new to all this so pardon my ignorance, but is this set more of a toning focus with stretching? I always thought Essentric & CS were strictly stretching. Thanks for any advice.

When I first bought CS I thought i was signing up for a good stretch...something that would make me feel like a noodle. I was not ready to work as hard as Miranda has you work! There is a strong toning and stretching element to these workouts. The trademark stretching feel wonderful but is mixed in with lots of body weight strength exercises.

I can get DOMS with CS/Essentrics.

I will purchase as soon as the dvd is released.I also love CS,and have gone to mostly these types of workouts.Even though right now doing a rotation of suzanne bowen and callanetics I always add in some time of CS

Although I do love Miranda, I think I prefer sahara's style of teaching.
