Did Cathe have some sort of knee or leg surgery?

If so, what kind? I hear she's doing well with therapy, but didn't see a thread if it was a surgery or not.

Basically, she had surgery to remove the "plica" band and "floating debris" in her knee.

I, myself have a lot of clicking in my knees, but it doesn't happen aLL THE TIME. I guess I will just try not to fall into the overuse category. I wonder if this surgery will have an impact on some interesting new style of workouts in the future? Maybe she'll do some that can work the muscles in different ways to avoid overuse from lunges/squats, ect.

We'll see. I personally really like Lunges/Squats ect, but find if I do them more than 2 times a week, I'm hurting.
