Favorite "paper" yoga workouts?

Good morning.
I've been struggling with making myself do yoga lately (I normally love doing yoga) and I realized I'm just not up to the speed of some of the workouts. Yes, I do a lot of yin yoga, but sometimes I want vinyasa yoga but moving at my own pace. I want to try some printed workouts, which has been working well for me for my strength training lately. Any suggestions for books or links that have some good routines? I'm not very good at developing something for myself.

By the way, "printable yoga workouts" can take you down a wonderful rabbit hole of potential art work for your walls on Etsy. Just saying.

Have you considered using a yoga deck? Then you can design your own practice.

Funny you said that and full disclosure of my sins. I tried that. I either spent hours planning the perfect workout that I never did or I picked only the poses that I'm good at to include.

I need something that just says "do this in this order".

I love exercise decks though!

I hope this link works. This deck was recommended to me earlier from a VFer. It contains sequencing as well.

You can find it on Amazon as well.

That is the one I suggested

I totally understand that! I admit I have done the same thing-picking my favorite poses instead of challenging myself.

Do you want suggestions for slower vinyasa practices?

Thanks, I'll check it out.

I have been doing a bit of Ashtanga (heavily edited) from paper and having the printed sheet in front of me works for my mind. But I can't do that very often. I need to build.
