Favorite Cathe Lives

Hi all -

I like to purchase Cathe Live downloads during her Black Friday sale. I am looking for recommendations: what are your favorite Cathe Lives?

I will start us off:
I *love* #308 Metabolic Med Ball Blast. This is a different style, using a medicine ball for various metabolic exercises. It is challenging but not exhausting and has unique moves. And it is only 37 minutes!

I also love #167 Fit Tower Cardio Legs. This is rounds of: cardio, followed by a barre leg exercise. followed by a traditional dumbbell/loop exercise. At the end are some isolation moves. This one is really fun, moves along and works the legs - you really feel it in your glutes. You would not need a fit tower to do this

Wow, these are great! Thanks for the recs, off to check them out - looks like the favorites of 340 and 267 need to be in my choices, for sure!! Appreciate the recommendations!!

I found this site to be very helpful. It has a ton of Cathe Live reviews and breakdowns. I think she suddenly stopped reviewing in 2021. There was a post here on VF about it and that’s how I heard about it.
