I was watching this wondering why it looks so different. It's the camera work. I've never seen the walls up close, or a moving overhead shot in any of Cathe's workouts. I like it!!!

Thanks for posting the clips, ChelePA. The new set is so beachy and bright. It is great that Cathe is showing so many options for performing the exercises. I have a decent selection of equipment but my workout space only holds so much. The door anchor will be my friend. I'm looking forward to these!

STS 2.0 Project Update

Hi Everyone,
As we head into the weekend it's all hands on deck here at Cathe Dot Com as we work on finishing the final proofing of all of the STS 2.0 DVDs. Next week we will turn our work over to our DVD replicator in California so they can begin the process of manufacturing and packaging all of the STS 2.0 DVDs.

After our replicator receives all of our masters next week they will first make the stampers that are used to mass produce the STS DVDs and then send us check-discs to verify that everything is ok. Once we sign off on the check-discs our production run will be scheduled and we will then start to get an idea of when we will receive the finished DVDs. We will share this information with you once we know it.

Lastly, the image above shows what the STS 2.0 DVDs will look like. I'm not sure if you can read the type, but each disc shows the workout time for each workout. We will post the workout times either later today or on Monday in our shop.cathe STS 2.0 launch pages as times permits. Premix times will also be posted at the end of next week or the following Monday.

Well, the mobility routines are nice and short.

This is about what I expected, with warm-up and cool down included.

I will be using premixes heavily for UB. Over 30 minutes each on biceps and triceps, and shoulders. No, for me.

I wonder what kind of stretches if any she'll put on the workout DVDs???? Her stretches have gotten shorter and shorter and I've appreciated the bonus extended stretches she's been adding recently.

i only ordered the 2 UB workouts and I hope I can shorten them by doing only one set of each exercise. I prefer around 30 minutes.

From the list of premixes it looks like they definitely have premixes for one set or two sets only. I’m planning on using them that way too.

The only one that sounds interesting to me is Giant Sets and I probably don't need it.
