Cathe Splits (and Digital Downloads)

I am in a very small house while waiting for our new home to be built so don't have a DVD player or TV for now. I want to purchase a couple of Cathe split workouts digital downloads. I was going to go with my old stand-bys PUB and PLB but then I thought there might be something more recent I should give a try. I'm looking for about 40 minute workouts that don't use a ton of space and have minimal equipment other than dumbbells. Suggestions?

Related, I've never purchased digital downloads. Is it easy to download them? i only have a work computer so won't likely to be able to download them on that. I will use them on my phone or table. Do you typically just store them in dropbox or something similar?

Thanks for educating me!

This doesn't answer your question, but have your thought of just doing exercises on your own without media? You probably know enough about weight lifting to devise your own workout.

I did this in 2021 when I couldn't find a workout that met my needs at the time. I had injuries I had to work around and there just wasn't the right workout out there.

How about the Cathe Live "Lift it Split It". There are three of them.

Youtube has previews of:

Back and Biceps

Chest, and Tris

Shoulders and Legs

Good luck!

I've been looking at Cathe Live for the first time ever!

I also see a three day split for Burn Sets. I'll look up the Lift It Split It ones.

I am also reading a lot of good things about ICE Chiseled which I have not done.

I really like Cathe’s Perfect Pump Upper/Lower Workouts. She uses a high step and Club size step (as a weight bench) but they’re easily modified to just using the floor.

I have been doing this a bit. I use FitBod (Great app!) but I'm missing my favorite instructors.
