I had the weirdest dream Yes it's on topic

My dream last night was very videoish based.

So I dreamed that a gym in a nearby town was trying to get classes going, and a lady I know, who does actually go to that gym, put my name in to be a teacher.

I've never lead a class in my life, ever lol

Anyway, I sign up to lead 1 class on a Sat morning, from 9-945 am and my class is literally a Leslie Sansone warmup then pieces of workouts from The Firm. I mean it was 4 limbed movement, and brief cardio bursts, but all the moves were right out of Firm workouts cause that's all I know. The 4-5 ladies in the class loved it.

When I woke up, it was a weird feeling.

Maybe I need to do more Firm workouts. Maybe that's what my brain is telling me

This!! Totally agree! That's a great fun dream. When you say you had a 'weird' feeling after, can you be more specific? Feelings from dreams are pretty telling when it comes to meaning.

Just a weird A$$ feeling. The "I have no idea why I dreamed this" feeling.

And I won't be a fitness instructor at that gym cause it literally doesn't have space for classes. It's basically a smallish gym with weights and a couple treadmills.
