I did it yesterday with 1# ankle weights and today with 2#. Such an awesome class! Hamelin keeps outdoing himself.

Is anyone using Hamelin’s inch loss and/or melt courses? If so how do they compare. I have tried the free inch loss class on Vimeo and enjoyed it. I love his cardio so I would be interested in which course has more of an advanced cardio focus?

Thanks for letting me know that he has an inch loss routine on Vimeo--I am going to check it out! I have a few of his workouts saved on Vimeo but haven't been there in awhile.
