Powerfit rotation ?

Can someone help me. I just recently got the Powerfit Harmony set from swapadvd, but there is no rotation. Does anyone have a rotation for these ?

Here's the PF Harmony rotation (30 day) per the guide:


Day 1 Cardio Move It
Day 2 Sculpt Strong Push
Day 3 Rest
Day 4 Core Body Balance
Day 5 Sculpt Strong Pull
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Cardio Power Up

Day 8 Rest
Day 9 Core Pure Power
Day 10 Sculpt Lower Body Blast
Day 11 Rest
Day 12 Cardio Speed Burn
Day 13 Sculpt Upper Body Blast
Day 14 Rest

Day 15 Core Express Core
Day 16 Rest
Day 17 Cardio Move It
Day 18 Core Body Balance
Day 19 Cardio Power Up
Day 20 Rest
Day 21 Core Pure Power

Thank you soooo much ! I know these are classified as beginner and are not one of the latest big hot workouts around here, but I am excited to try these and see what kind of results I can get. Hoping I can grow with these for awhile.

The PFs are solid workouts, and Stephanie has sequenced a set of number of exercises effectively (no rest, moves quickly from one to the next) in a short time frame. I like to uses the resistance & cardio workouts as add-ons to others or string a few of the PFs together. One can definitely grow w/ these, increase intensity when needing, too w/ addition of equipment to bodyweight resistance and/or cardio exercise, adding the arm patterns to exercises sooner (than when cued) & completing 1-3 PF workouts per day. I did not care much for the core-focused workouts (generally don't like to use supplemental ab/core workouts, prefer to sequence them in my workouts), but they are solid, too. Best of luck w/ the rotation!

Stephanie had several rotations posted on her blog but unfortunately her blog was recently taken down.

Was your basic plan to do one of the workouts per day? If so, I see nothing wrong with doing them in numerical order; you'll get an even mix of the cardio, core, and sculpting workouts.

Since Google Cache isn't forever, and the formatting on the blog cache isn't awesome, I saved the material and started reformatting it a bit, and thought I should post some for anyone interested, now or in the future.
