I recently acquired the 10 Minute Solution: Dance your Body Thin! Kit, which includes a 2 lb. weighted belt. I think it is supposed to help me feel my abs working. We'll see. I used it for the first time this morning with one of the 10 minute segments.
Is there any reason not to use this belt with other workouts? It just sits comfortably on my hips, so I don't think it would interfere with anything I was doing.
Since a lot of you are more experienced/knowledgable exercisers, if you had reasons NOT to use it with other workouts that I wasn't aware of, I thought I should find out.
