Trudie Styler's yoga dvd clip is up
Hi,
This is now available at total fitness dvd: http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Prod...Show=TechSpecs In four minutes, I did not notice any form pointers or see any modifications shown. I think I'll pass on this one... Sherry |

It looks very good to me! I like the flow and that he talks you through the positions so you won't need to look at the screen every second. Very much like a real class or private instructor.... No distractions, either, and I like that the music is soft (I get easily annoyed and bored with music on most of these).
It may not be good for those unfamiliar with Yoga, but looks perfect for me. I know what few mods I need to do (for my bad arm), and am very comfortable with my form. I'm particularly excited at the instructors flexibility -- finally something I can strive for! I think this may be what I've been looking for all along.... |

The music is soft and the moves seem to flow in a relaxed pace. Beautiful scenery of course. I don't mind voice overs, I think Acacia has gotten me used to them. Both are quite flexible. I think this yoga workout would be good for someone familiar with yoga moves and already knows how to modify.
