3 AWT workouts and 3 Weight workouts -- too much?

Would it be overtraining to do 3 weight workouts (a la Body for Life pyramid-style) and 3 AWT workouts (David Kirsch's Core program) a week? I'm currently in the "I hate strictly cardio" mode and do quite a bit of dance/teaching per week. I love the cardo workout I get from Kirsch's workout.

Thoughts? What if it was 3 AWT/2 weight workouts?

I think it depends on how much weight you use and how many reps and sets.

I have done AWT back to back but always used half the normal amount of weight. Also, an AWT workout often only has 2-3 sets per bodypart. If you are mixing in weight only workouts, that increases the number of sets and could be overkill. You need to experiment with your own body and pay attention to how you feel and the results.
