Tamilee Webb Fit to the Hits Motown Moves (30m)
Yumi Lee Shape Get Lean in 4 Weeks: Cardio Kickboxing (20m)

I really like Yumi Lee's kickboxing workout -- I wish she had made more kickboxing workouts. This is one of my favorite (go-to) short kickboxing workouts in my collection.

On Motown Moves, there was only one cardio routine I enjoyed -- it's the last cardio routine on the DVD. The other routines were okay -- I modified to make it more enjoyable and I did my own arm movements. I don't like the fussy (and useless) arm work.

Brian Syuki- One hour walking workout for weight loss. Used 2 lb. hand weights and was sweating by the end. I like the variety of moves he uses; it's a nice change of pace from Leslie.

I have never heard of this workout before. Is it on a compilation DVD?

Yes, it is on a compilation DVD called "Shape Get Lean in 4 Weeks", all 3 of the 20 minute routines and one bonus 15-minute ab routine are taught by Yumi Lee (who is not pictured on the DVD cover. They used a model for the cover photo). I bought it from Mary many years ago. The kickboxing routine is actually called 20-Minute Fat-Burning Routine (not cardio kickboxing, as I wrote down earlier -- at the time, I couldn't remember the name of it).

Here is a YT preview of the DVD (the cardio routine that I enjoyed is the first 1:10 minutes of the video clip). As far as the other 3 routines, I've maybe done them once and I don't remember them. I may revisit another day.

Wendy, I think Brian Syuki is one of the best finds on YT. I find him so refreshing and easy to work out with. There's nothing annoying about him or his workouts. No dread factor at all. I do his workouts, and they make me happy and content, and I feel like I did a great workout! Next year, I hope to incorporate some of his hour-long+ walking workouts into my rotation (if I can last that long).

Cdorner Fitness No Repeats Butt & Leg Workout
This was a great workout. There was a lot of single leg work which I love for working on imbalances.

Thanks for the clip. I had never seen it before and it looked good, so I ordered it from decluttr.

And I don't understand why they use a model for the cover photo. Why not just use a photo of the instructor, who will be instructing you in the video you are about to watch. ???
