Hi all. I took a rest day yesterday as I was not feeling well. Still not feeling great today so I might take another day off.

Cher - I'm having cold symptoms too and like you said, it's hard to know if it's just a cold or not. I hope Joseph tests negative though.

Waves to all. Have a good day.

Hope you feel better soon Jbliff. Hope it’s just a cold though that can be bad enough. Cher sounds like the dogs kept you busy! Gosh I hope Joseph does not have COvID.

I am resting today and running tomorrow.

Waves to Gibbee and Vannie.

Workout yesterday was Leslie’s Blue & Red Walks.

The dogs went home last night. It seems so quite around here.

Well, DS has Covid! I could just kick his butt! I knew it was really only a matter of time before he’d get it from somewhere. Yesterday, before his results came in, he found out that his boss tested positive so when I heard that, I knew it didn’t sound good for Joseph. I should get my results today. DS seems to be sounding better though so that is good at least.

JBliff - Hope you start feeling better.

Waves Karen & Vannie (And Gibbee if you’re lurking ).

My workout yesterday was 50 minutes on the elliptical.

I am feeling a bit better today. Just a bit of a sore throat.

Cher - Oh, I'm so sorry to hear Joseph has COVID. Is he vaccinated? I hope your test comes back negative, but I guess you're going to have to quarantine and miss your trip anyway.

Waves to everyone. Have a good day.

Cheryl, so sorry to hear Joseph has covid. Praying it's a mild case and over quickly and that you and DH don't have it or get it.

DS first got sick last Wednesday. He is doing a lot better today. He’s not fully back to normal but he’s doing well.

Our trip is now cancelled anyway. My mom called this morning and had to call 911 to come get my dad. They are at the hospital now. They seem to think he had a small stroke. They are going to do an MRI and keep him in ICU for a while.

JBliff - No, DS wouldn’t get vaccinated. That’s why I figured he was going to get it eventually. DH and I have both been vaccinated and have both gotten our boosters.

My mom was at the hospital all day yesterday. She called the hospital already this morning and no change. His right side is numb. I don’t know. If he doesn’t regain being able to walk at least a little, there is no way my mom will be able to take care of him. My heart is just broken. Please say some prayers for him.

On the plus side, my Covid test was negative so that’s good. Out of the 6 people tested for Covid at his work, the 4 that were not vaccinated have Covid and the 2 that were vaccinated do not. I’d definitely say the vaccines work.

My workout yesterday was Perfect30 UB + a walk in town + a yoga practice from Youtube.

Cher - I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I hope he gets better. I'll be sending healing thoughts his way.

Cheryl, I'm so sorry. If it's okay I will ask my family to pray for him too. Hugs to you.
