Cathe/Yoga/Walking/Barre Thankful Ladies!

Good Morning!

I thought I'd start our November thread.

This morning was Lite Rev'd Up Rumble. I did the TS #2 premix which knocked off about five minutes. That doesn't sound like much, but it can be a lot trying to fit it in before work. This week is Cathe Lite week.

I was MIA at the end of the week last week. We had a short Fall Break. It was terrible weather here (rainy and cold), but it allowed for some needed down time.

Hi-

Jen- thanks for starting us off.

I played some Pickleball over the weekend. Even though that technically belongs in October, I thought I’d post here.

Hi!

I set my alarm to workout this morning, but I didn't get up. I got my booster yesterday (yea!), and my arm is extremely sore. I thought I needed to give it until at least this afternoon to try to work the soreness out. So far, that's the only side effect. I'm crossing my fingers it stays that way. Dad ran a low grade fever the next day with his, but Mom was fine, or so she said. BF got the booster and a flu shot yesterday, so I wonder what his day will be like. Hopefully, fine!

Yesterday was walk, barre and yoga.
Today was barre so far.

We took some us time this weekend, so I did a lot of walking, but no structured exercise. Plans are to get something in after work today.

Hi-

I’m sorry to be such a slacker here. We had Pickleball on the weekend. Today was Cathe Live- All Low Impact Kickboxing, Hiit and Core (6/11/20). That’s a long title for a good workout.

I wanted to let you know that Rosepetals posted a thread about looking for yoga and Barre dvds. She had to flee from her husband due to abuse, and left with very little. I sent her a few things.

Lori, how kind of you to help out a fitness friend. I got rid of all my dvds except some Kathy and some kettle bells. But I’ll keep my eyes open in case friends would want to share.

Let’s see, 10th, 11th, 12th were barre, walk and yoga.
13th and today were yoga and walk.
