Question STS Meso 3 Plyo Legs or Squat Rack?

Hello all.
I'm in the middle of a 3 month STS rotation. Halfway through Meso 2.

I have been contemplating whether to do Meso 3 Plyo Legs or Squat Rack legs. I have done both before but I just can't decide what to do this time.

I do have a 60 lb weighted vest that I didn't have last time I did STS, so thinking maybe the Squat Rack legs since you go pretty heavy there.

Any thoughts, recommendations, experiences?

Thanks for your input. I love posting questions to the VF squad because I always get the greatest answers!

I would recommend doing Squat Rack Legs especially because you now have a 60 pound weighted vest. The weighted vest will really make a difference. I have done both Plyo Legs and the Squat Rack series and I like both but I had better strength gains with Squat Rack Legs.
Once I did Meso 3 Legs using the squat workouts and the plyo workouts. I alternated doing one of each of the series. The Squat rack workouts are basically the same moves and only the rep pattern changes so you could pick any the squat workout that you want to do. Doing it this way you get the both of both worlds.

I do both and use the plyo legs workout for one of my cardio days.

I like the idea of the strength gains. Plus I would kind of like to see how much I can make my quads "pop".

I guess it depends on your goals. I think Plyo Legs really can be more of a leaning out workout. If you want mass, then the squat rack one is probably better.
