Hilarious! My workout is caused by my husband. He keeps using the step ladder and putting it somewhere else! Maybe that’s his plan to get more steps in my day, lol.

Izzy, I’m prepared for any tp shortages. I bought a bidet for our toilet in March of 2020!

Haha, thanks for reviving this old thread. I needed a laugh today!

I will be releasing a new workout called "Why did I come in this room?" It's very easy. The main moves consist of walking into a room, forgetting why you went in, pacing around for a minute looking at everything to try to jog your memory (advanced modification: jog while you do this!), and then exit the room when you realize you will not remember. You will, though, as soon as you sit back down. Repeat for three reps. Very easy for all levels!

This cracked me up!
I hear you, I am the queen of putting something away in a safe place only to forget where it is…. On the upside, it definitely increases my step count….

I remember pulling out a step ladder and stubbing my big toe when one of the legs landed on it (I was wearing sandals). Be sure and include the bandage your toe part of the workout (of course you have to find the step ladder first).

I love this! I look forward to doing this workout usually 2 or 3 times a day -modified to include looking in the refrigerator and pantry whilst standing still with glazed eyes.

Fun! And just yesterday, my vacuum cleaner migrated from the living room to the dining room. Now it's curled up under my desk.

I do this one often, including up and down stairs, with awesome results! Go to the basement for one thing, come up with something else. Upstairs into the bedroom...why am I here? Hmm, let's try the other room...
