Should I keep the Firm Zip Trainer?

I actually never use the 7 lb ball inside the zip trainer, because it hurts my back. Whenever they put a ball inside, I use the 3 lb. But they use the 7 lb ball outside of the zip trainer a lot in the deluxe workouts, so I do use it that way.

My zip trainer set came yesterday. It's going to be a Christmas present so I can't comment on how I like it just yet.

no problem kat, happy to help! i think you were the one that had that fun jane fonda thread?
i got the 6.6 lb ball awhile ago it it fits fine in the zip trainer. sad to say i never use it or the trainer or the dvds.

I did! I may do another Jane cycle starting in December, just for fun.
