Day 10 HIIT Pilates - not as bad as it sounds
Day 9 No Repeats Cardio
Day 14 Cardio Kickboxing

Erica I can't imagine not sleeping and doing the workouts you do day after day. Wow.

I'm so used to being exhausted all the time - I just push through. I've had insomnia for 20 years now (although it's gotten much worse in the past couple of years).

Kaleigh spin and Caroline's Epic III lower body workout from last week. Can't believe Epic III is already over and can't wait to see what's next.

Have to decide this week about my foot surgery. One of my biggest reasons for not wanting to do it is missing my workouts for so long and losing all my muscle/endurance.

I am but mostly only doing the strength workouts. She does two upper body each week (push/pull) and two lower body - I usually do one of those since the other tends to have too much floorwork for me. She posted a full body tabata this morning that I might do sometime. I've liked most of the Pump workouts I've done.

Today was Kaleigh spin and Carolines's Epic III upper body from last week that I liked. Power went out but got my workout done first. Whew!

MrandMrsMuscle 30+ min FB Fat Blast + Ab Finisher - 33 min

I used 2lbs for punches and did overhead lat pullovers instead of high knees. What? That's a logical substitution.

I did windmills instead of standing lateral bends half way through. Much better.

Kaleigh spin and Sydney's 50 Minute Upper Body Push Circuit Workout | PUMP - Day 12. She did circuits of two strength exercises and one cardio. I skipped the cardio and did extra sets of strength. Great workout.

MrandMrsMuscle 30 min for Legs & Glutes + Ab Finisher - 33 min

Really feel these. I used a band (vs DB) for arms in OH narrow squats and focused on form as I tend to twist.
