Kaleigh spin and a lower body workout from Epic III posted a few weeks ago.

I'll have to check out Heather's lower body one!

MrandMrsMuscle 30 min FB Shape & Tone + Cardio Finisher


Modifications:
SL squat and DL (vs DL)
lying OH tri extensions (vs bi curls)
rows OR rear delts (vs alt - so I could adjust the weight)
I used a lot of different weights.

Kaleigh's spin and Sydney's Push workout that she posted today. I liked it but I slowed it down and added more reps, so her 30 minute workout took me 40 minutes.

MrandMrsMuscle Lower Body HIIT no. 50

I substituted windmills for the second half of back extensions and bird dog since I did pilates first.

Kaleigh spin and Epic III GIANT Lower Body Workout. Whew - that was tough.

Feeling sad that Epic III is almost over. I really liked most of the workouts I did.

MrandMrsMuscle 20 min FB Fat Burn with DBs No Jumping! No Squats! No Lunges!

I love how these focus on the bigger muscles and have lots of posterior chain work. I definitely think I benefit from hip hinging daily. I used ankle weights and multiple sets of weights.

Kaleigh spin and Epic III GIANT Sets Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells . Another tough workout. I used heavier weights than planned and was able to handle them so that felt really good.

10 min Squat Challenge
Day 11/Daily 10 Low Impact HIIT - FB DB workout
Day 12/Daily 10 Back Sculpting

Kaleigh spin and Sydney's 50 Minute Glutes & Legs Builder Workout | PUMP - Day 8. I changed this one quite a bit - added more reps so each set was longer and skipped the band work and glute bridges. Great workout.

Ended up sleeping in and have to work today. Got in a 30 min pilates workout.
