Vannie and MT, Definitely furnace time. We got rain followed by 10" of heavy wet snow and other parts of the ranch got 18" of snow. It's mostly gone now except for some very big puddles. I feel spoiled having a working furnace again!

Sherry I'm so sorry your colds are hanging on so much. I hope you can kick this and be done with it!

So the last two days I've gotten back into getting Scout on walks which has been nice. Belle has been a little gimpy on a front foot. She seems to be doing better but I'm not taking her on the walks yet. I also did some nice ab work today as well as other lower body exercises.
Vannie I like your THRILLER workout! Nice job.

Katie, Eek! We won't see snow until February, if we see any at all.

Sherry, I hope you can shake your cold soon.

Vannie, Dracula sounds fun! Jan Brady would be a great costume!

My main goal for workouts this month was to get back to being consistent and I have failed badly. Sigh. I already know November will be busy and atypical so I'm not going to be too crazy with goals till December at least.

I’m feeling much better, just some light congestion. I found a Jane Fonda AM PM yoga dvd at Goodwill today. I think I’ll try it tomorrow.

Vannie, November is a fresh start. I think I’ve worked out a handful of times in October!

Vannie, Happy Halloween!

I have some candy, but we get very few trick or treaters. Last year I don't think I got any! I saw some across the street, but they didn't come to our house, despite having some decorations and the lights on. But I got dh's favorite candy, so it will get eaten eventually.

Happy Halloween!

We live on the highway so we have 2 or 3 Trick or Treaters. Our house is decorated, but that doesn't entice many kids to stop by.
